How do I sign up for the newsletter?

Our newsletter signup is located above the "shop now" link on the main menu of the krinkit.com homepage. Just enter your email address!

Will you pay for custom fees?

No. Unfortunately, Krinkit is not responsible for custom fees for orders that are made outside Croatia. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by cost of merchandise as well as where the merchandise is produced.

Where can I track my order?

Please use the tracking number we provide in your shipment confirmation email to track your order on www.posta.hr

How long will it take to see my refund on my credit card?

Money will appear back in your account within 48 business hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Krinkit.com ships international!

I'm in love with something that's out of stock. Are you restocking it?

Once an item sells out on Krinkit.com, we don't replenish stock, because all the model on the site are unique.
We put new model frequently and we also recommend that you sign up for the Krinkit Newsletter to ensure that you are always informed when new models are up on the site!

I received my order and an item is damaged! What do I do?

Please email info@krinkit.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to send back your damaged item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

I received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?

Please email info@krinkit.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a return authorization form to send back your incorrect item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

Have you received my return items?

As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the Krinkit warehouse, you will be issued a refund and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded or credited, please send an email to info@krinkit.com so that we can get this sorted out for you.

Can I return anything?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale items. We are happy to authorize returns on all other items.

Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

Yes, customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns at this time.

I received my order and I want to exchange it. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the regular return process then place a new order.

I received my order and want to return it. How do I do that?

If you would like to return your item(s) please email info@krinkit.com with your name, order number, and the name of the jewelry with a picture you would like to return.

You will then be emailed a return authorization form. Include this form in your return package and ship back to the KRINKIT warehouse (address will be listed on the form). As soon as our warehouse receives and checks in your return, you will be issued a refund. You can return your item 7 days after receiving it, after that time we do not accept returns.

I just placed my order. I need to change something/add something to it. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, there is no way to make any adjustments to an order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new order with the correct item(s). You may email info@krinkit.com within 24 hours to request that your original order be cancelled. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. At this point, you will need to follow the regular return process.
