No. Unfortunately, Krinkit is not responsible for custom fees for orders that are made outside Croatia. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by cost of merchandise as well as where the merchandise is produced.

Once an item sells out on Krinkit.com, we don't replenish stock, because all the model on the site are unique.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to send back your damaged item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the Krinkit warehouse, you will be issued a refund and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded or credited, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get this sorted out for you.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale items. We are happy to authorize returns on all other items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the regular return process then place a new order.
If you would like to return your item(s) please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and the name of the jewelry with a picture you would like to return.
You will then be emailed a return authorization form. Include this form in your return package and ship back to the KRINKIT warehouse (address will be listed on the form). As soon as our warehouse receives and checks in your return, you will be issued a refund. You can return your item 7 days after receiving it, after that time we do not accept returns.
Unfortunately, there is no way to make any adjustments to an order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new order with the correct item(s). You may email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours to request that your original order be cancelled. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. At this point, you will need to follow the regular return process.
