I just placed my order. I need to change something/add something to it. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, there is no way to make any adjustments to an order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new order with the correct item(s). You may email info@krinkit.com within 24 hours to request that your original order be cancelled. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. At this point, you will need to follow the regular return process.
